The Recon Scout is a mini robot on wheels that is designed to capture video footage in troubled areas and where no human can venture.

Designed to roll along the ground surface during its work time this device can be remotely controlled by a professional from over 100 metres away. The recon scout is a very sturdy device and has proved its mettle by surviving 30’ falls on concrete and varied climatic conditions. Widely used in the war against the forces of Al-Qaeda, this gadget is a worthwhile investment by the US armed forces.

The recon scout is basically used to go into places where no one can venture into like prisons and dark buildings. In this way the forces can hope to hit targets with ease without suffering casualties themselves. Though this device is not available to the general public I don’t think anybody would like to buy this device as it has a hefty price tag of around six to nine thousand dollars.
