I started out using cigarettes while I was really young. That ended up being the dumbest mistake I’ve made. Now I am 45 years old and I have heart disease. While trying to quit cigs, I saw the electric cigarettes and i intend to see if it helps. Hopefully, it will eventually assist me with this nasty addiction.
