Question by NickatNight: What home theater receiver is 240 Hz Compatible?
My Samsung LED television processes at 240 Hz, but my Denon Home Theater surround sound system receiver only passes through video at 60 Hz. What are the best options for under $ 2k to maximize the potential of the TV, while connecting it through the receiver?

There are very few video sources, more than 60 Hz video output now so I really do not see this as a problem. This may be a problem for video sources in 3D in the future, however, and you may need to eventually upgrade the Receivers.Die 120Hz and 240Hz display technology, which does not necessarily driven to this point, the TV signal 120Hz/240Hz can accept. It just means it can display at 120 or 240 times per second, every day, to ensure smoother motion. Television is still a 60 Hz input signal werden.de TVs that have limited the specific anti-saccades / anti-motion blur technology usually do, the real-time video processing add-between frames that morph B-frame with frame, such a central part AB, which is displayed, can create the jump between frame A and B is less noticeable, especially when the camera is the effect schwenkt. In you almost simulate a 120 Hz video signal from one video source at 60 Hz, much like how a 5.1 surround sound experience with 2.0 channel stereo sources with Dolby Pro Logic.

simulate the response of Brad / Diana B
In fact, your TV is only as fast as it receives from the source and there is no faster than the sources 60Hz to date, your TV will not process at this speed. The same misinformation that vendors and misinformed the court manufacturers to get people to a sale of that confusion uopconverting vs upscaling.
