The camcorder from Hammacher is a superbly designed underwater camera that is capable of filming videos up to a depth of ten feet.
Its design is based on the Samsung/aptek line and is a very good investment for those wanting to get up their reputation by filming really awesome underwater sceneries.

Blessed with a 2 ½ inch lcd color display and a SD expansion slot this camcorder is capable of recording up to an hour of underwater shots in the standard digital media format. Alternately this device can also be used to take a number of still photographs that can be stored in the 2GB card included with the device.

Users can also expand the SD slot to 8GB for added media storage capacity. The camcorder has a 4X digital zoom feature and other options that allow it to double as a voice recorder or an mp3 player as per the mood of the user handling it.

Inbuilt USB slots allow for the device to get connected with most PC’s and laptops for direct media upload. Powered by a Lithium ion battery this camcorder can shoot pictures for up to 2 hours and thus provide the user with memories to last a lifetime.
